Enter the healing space

Healing through a traditional pathway is guided by protocol, preparing those seeking it with protection, understanding and readiness for the work ahead.

This lays the correct foundation and helps ensure that healing is not approached casually, but entered into with intention and a genuine willingness.

The process of Ho‘oponopono is traditionally completed first. To remove what may be blocking or weighing on you. It involves forgiveness — release, letting go, restoring relationships and returning to the wholeness and truth.

From here, Lomilomi follows, allowing the healing energy to be received and the healing work to continue through loving touch, prayerful bodywork and massage.

Below you will find each traditional Hawaiian healing modality.

Traditional Ho'oponopono — Forgiveness, relationships.

The traditional Hawaiian process of making right. Ho‘oponopono means ‘to make, very, very right’.

It is the direct work of forgiveness, taking responsibility, reconciliation, and restoring balance where something has shifted.

Ho‘oponopono resolves burdens, conflict, strained relationships, unresolved matters, personal difficulty, and situations requiring direct reconciliation. The work may take place one-on-one, but was traditionally done with the family present.

Please note this is not the widely know mantra.

Lomilomi — Healing touch, bodywork, massage.

Lomilomi is traditional Hawaiian healing work centred on touch, prayer, presence, and the restoration of balance and wellbeing through direct hands-on work.

Lomilomi may be appropriate for physical tension or holding, overwhelm, stress and prolonged pressure, grounding and restoration, to experience genuine presence and loving touch, to be held, to be healed — through direct hands-on work, reconnecting with body and self.

This work supports healing by direct application of aloha, for deeper connection between spirit, mind, and body.

Each session is approached according to the person, the circumstance, and the work that is needed.

Hana Kū Pa‘a — Guidance, direction, introspection.

Direct one-on-one work focused on restoring clarity, steadiness, direction, and forward movement.

This work is a guidance and foundation session, it may be suitable for those navigating difficulty, uncertainty, transition, grief, or periods where something feels unclear, stuck, or unsettled.

Together, we identify what is happening, determine what is needed, and establish the next step of the work.
